Located near downtown, this hotel is situated in front of a busy street, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with clean beds and towels. The hotel provided toiletries and snacks for an extra fee. We enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning and appreciated the available amenities, like private parking and good Wi-Fi.
Some guests reported noise disturbances from children next door and traffic outside the hotel at night.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us, as we had a rental car and it was easy to access. The breakfast provided was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the accommodating staff who went out of their way to assist us when we had car troubles. we felt that the price we paid was well worth the amenities offered.
We did notice that the walls in the room could use some refreshing or cleaning as they looked a bit grubby. some of the furniture seemed outdated and could use an update.

I had a very comfortable stay at a well-located hotel in Riobamba. The room and bed were huge and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The internet connection was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time over Easter! The rooms were super comfy and clean, and we had a lot of space to move around. Breakfasts were great too, with plenty of options to start the day, and the staff was always smiling and ready to help. The hotel's location was also really convenient, right by a main street and with good internet connectivity. a fantastic experience!
There were a couple of things we didn't enjoy as much. the shower doors were a bit tricky to navigate, which made things a bit uncomfortable.
